Clinical Research on Neoantigen-Reactive TILs
Tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) are T cells that infiltrate tumor tissues. TILs can be isolated from a patient’s tumor tissue and expanded ex vivo before being reinfused into the patient to induce an antitumor immune response.
Evaluation Criteria
- Safety
- Immune Response
- Antitumor Activity

Feasibility of Personalized
TIL Therapy
This study evaluates the safety, immune response, and early antitumor activity of neoantigen-reactive TILs to assess the clinical feasibility of personalized TIL therapy.
